Here’s how it works:
- For every new corporation or LLC that a referral forms* through Incorporators USA, we will pay you a $40 referral fee.
- When you reach ten successful referrals in a year, we will increase your reward to $50 per formation.
- When you reach 25 successful referrals in a year, you earn $60 per formation.
- When you reach 50 successful referrals in a year, you earn $75 per formation. Your referral bonus fee will not decrease the next year, but will remain the same for the following year, subject to review.
* NOTE: An affiliate transaction is eligible for reward payment when Incorporators USA has received all information and full payment and the filing has been accepted by the appropriate state agency. Referral fees are paid monthly, within 15 days of the end of the month.
