Mail Forwarding Services- Premium Mail Forwarding Service - $300 per year. For Delaware, Nevada, and New York only, this service allows you to use Incorporators USA’s mailing address as your company address. The number of pieces of mail allowed under this service is 365 per year. Packages are not permitted. All mail that is received on behalf of your company will be forwarded to you once per week, typically on Friday.
Once you have signed up, we will mail you the U.S. Postal form 1583/Application for the Delivery of Mail through Agent and our Client Data Sheet. These two forms must be completed, signed with original signature, dated and returned to us before service begins.
- Limited Mail Forwarding Service - $100 per year is available in Delaware and Nevada only, to those U.S. domestic businesses which receive fewer than 15 pieces of mail per year. If your business qualifies, the same procedures and requirements outlined for regular Mail Forwarding Services apply.
Telephone Answering Services – Delaware Only
- Common Line - $400 per year: Your company will share a Delaware phone number with several other companies. Our professional staff will answer calls to your extension and take messages. Messages can be retrieved by calling our office.
- Private Line - $1,000 per year: If you prefer a private Delaware phone number, we can set that up for you. Your private line will be answered by a live operator using your company name. Messages can be retrieved by calling our office.
- Our Fax Forwarding Service - $300 per year - allows you to use Incorporators USA’s fax number to receive faxes. When we receive a fax for you, we immediately forward it to you by fax, email or post...however designated by you.
